“Couldn’t have asked for better service. The tech that came out arrived on a Friday night after I was off work and replaced my blower motor. All on the first visit.”

How do we size a furnace?
We recommend to customers that your furnace should provide a minimum of 25-30 Btu of heat per square foot. Depending on your geographic location this suggestion could change. A medium-sized home of two thousand square feet would need approximately 60,000 Btu to efficiently heat.
How long does it take to replace a furnace?
Generally, techs aim to have every furnace installed within 4-8 hours’ time. We have seen quicker installs when the household is prepared and encourage communication beforehand about what to expect. Please contact us to learn more about the different things that will increase your install time such as household layout, etc.
How much does a furnace cost?
For a high-efficiency furnace, on average, with a minimum of two stages, United States homeowners can expect to pay between $3000 and $6000.
How long should a heating system last?
Furnaces may seem like an expensive investment, but they are necessary for a Northern United States climate. If properly cared for and maintained correctly, they could last 15-20 years.
How can you tell how old a heating system is?
If your heating system is less than 30 years old, look on the furnace’s surface for a metal or paper tag with a serial number and manufacturer details. If the build/delivery date is not printed, it could be located in the serial number. On the other hand, you can call the furnace manufacturer or have one of our technicians research it for you.
